Global Communities is hiring three National GBV Program Officers in Dodoma for a World Bank-funded programme. It scales the Bandebereho couples-based GBV prevention model through government systems (February 2027 – February 2029). The positions depend on donor approval. Requirements
Oversee implementation quality in assigned districts through support visits and fidelity data reviews. Contribute to curriculum adaptation in English and Kiswahili. Co-design and deliver multi-tier training. Support government protocol development and provide technical assistance. Work with the research and monitoring teams.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Gender Studies, Sociology or a related field. 10+ years implementing at least 2 similar projects (GBV prevention, social norms change, large-scale gender programmes). Curriculum development and training facilitation experience. Proven work with Tanzanian government entities. Fluent Kiswahili and English, with strong writing skills.
