Requirements
Monitor incoming installation jobs from sales campaigns and escalations. Schedule and allocate work, and confirm installer acceptance within SLA. Track activations and job closures. Escalate incomplete or poor-quality work, and possible fraud. Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications
Form Six (Grade 12) or diploma. 2–3 years in customer service, administration or finance. Reliable, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
