RETOMINING Investment Limited, which works in mining and aggregates, is hiring a Customer Services Officer at its Morogoro head office. Requirements
Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp. Process and track orders from placement to delivery. Build client relationships and gather feedback. Resolve complaints professionally. Keep customer and complaint records, and coordinate with sales, accounts and operations.
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Customer Service or a related field. At least 1 year in customer service, sales, marketing, logistics or front office. Fluent English and Kiswahili. Microsoft Office and CRM skills. Experience in mining, quarrying or construction materials is an advantage.
