Requirements
Carry out vibration, thermography, ultrasound and alignment checks. Collect oil and grease samples and identify lubrication issues. Inspect components using MPI, LPI and ultrasonic flaw detection. Maintain calibrated tools and complete weekly monitoring plans. Coordinate repairs with mechanical and electrical teams and report abnormal conditions.
Qualifications
Diploma or FTC in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (bachelor's preferred). Vibration and thermography certifications. NDT certification (PT, MT, UT). At least 2 years in the mining industry. Valid Tanzanian driving licence, plus MS Office and CMMS skills.
