East-West Seed is hiring a Finance Business Partner in Dar es Salaam to manage credit risk, collections, treasury and cash flow reporting, working closely with the sales and customer teams. How to apply: apply through the East-West Seed careers website.
Requirements
Assess customer credit and set credit limits. Manage collections and resolve payment issues. Maintain accurate AR records and ageing reports. Produce AR analysis reports and dashboards. Prepare cash flow forecasts and weekly liquidity reports. Monitor bank reconciliations and FX exposure on receivables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field. 3+ years in credit or collections, with a proven debt collection record. Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations). Treasury reporting and cash flow forecasting experience. ERP experience (SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics) preferred.
