Requirements
Oversee washing, drying, ironing, uniforms and guest valet services. Enforce sanitation and chemical safety standards. Train and motivate laundry staff. Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office and Maintenance. Manage the budget, chemical dosing and linen inventory.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. 3–5 years in laundry operations at 5-star or luxury all-inclusive resorts. Hands-on knowledge of commercial laundry machinery. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
